Claims (1)
- 逆止弁を備えた排出管がその一端に連結されそ
の他端に第一の吸排気管が連結された吸着塔、入
口側にポンプ入口管出口側にポンプ出口管がそれ
ぞれ連結された加圧ポンプ、上記第一の吸排気管
、処理ガスを供排する第二の吸排気管、上記ポン
プ入口管及び上記ポンプ出口管がそれぞれその開
口部に連結され、第一の吸排気管をポンプ入口管
とポンプ出口管の一方と連通させ、第二の吸排気
管をポンプ入口管とポンプ出口管の他方と連通さ
せると共に第一及び第二の吸排気管とポンプ入口
管ポンプ出口管との連通状態を切換える四方弁よ
りなることを特徴とする圧力スイングガス分離装
置。
