ている。即ち、エアレススプレーで下地塗装(ベース吹
き)を行ない、次にエアースプレーで玉吹きと呼ばれる

〈発明の効果〉
上述のように本発明の高粘度塗材吹付は仕上げ方法は、

動力で吹付は可能)、小形軽量化ができる。■粒子径が
エアレスとエアースプレーの雨露化作用により細かくな
ることから、塗面の仕上りが良好となり、テールを防止
できる。■ホースの耐圧低減となり、ガン操作性が良く
、ホースの柔軟性が得られる。■ノズルチップのオリフ
ィス径が大で目詰りが少なくなる。■ポンプの耐久性が
向上し、ノズルチップの摩耗減少となる等の効果が得ら
