Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of tail and to enhance workability, by mounting an atomizing nozzle and an air jet nozzle to spray a coating material. CONSTITUTION:A coating material is sent to a pump suction port from a hopper and a paint hose 2 is connected to a pump set 1. A paint reduced pressure valve 4 is provided between the paint hose 2 and a spray gun 3. When base spraying wherein air spraying is mixed with airless spraying is performed, a nozzle tip for airless spraying is provided to the leading end of the spray gun 3 and auxiliary air is further sprayed to prevent tail. By this method, the clogging of the nozzle tip is prevented and the durability of a pump is enhanced.

<Prior Art> Conventionally, base spraying for architectural finishing coating materials is carried out by airless spraying, and pattern coating is carried out by compressing the coating material with a mortar gun or airless pump, reducing the pressure with a paint pressure reducing valve, and spraying with air. That is, as shown in Fig. 4, base spraying is performed by combining a pump set a with an airless spray gun C via a paint hose b, and a separate pump set a with a paint hose b, a paint pressure reducer d, and an air hose e. The uneven pattern is sprayed using a mortar gun f. That is, a base coat (base spray) is applied using an airless sprayer, and then an uneven pattern called "daburi" is sprayed using an air spray.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> For example, when using airless spray for base coating,
Due to the high viscosity of the paint, so-called striped tails occur at the ends of the spray pattern, so if you want to apply it evenly, you have to spray at a high spray pressure.

In addition, spraying other than airless spraying is done using air spray, but it is necessary to use air pressure at 4 to 5 kg/cm, which is more than twice that of spraying with beads, which is higher than that of normal paint spraying. There are problems such as a lot of paint scattering and poor workability (normal paint spraying pressure is 3 to 4 kg/
cm'').

In view of the above circumstances, the present invention provides a high-viscosity paint spray finishing method that reduces paint scattering, improves workability, and allows multi-layered materials to be sprayed without generating tails, etc. unlike air spray. It is intended for this purpose.

Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention provides a pressure pump for feeding a coating material to a spray gun, a means for reducing and adjusting the pressure of the coating material, and a nozzle that sprays the coating material and atomizes it using the liquid pressure. and a process of spraying the coating material by atomizing it using liquid pressure and air pressure, and a process of blowing off the coating material sent to the coating material outlet using air pressure, each having an air nozzle that sprays the coating material spouted from the nozzle. It consists of.

Function> When air spraying is performed in base spraying, the pressure for pumping the sprayed coating material can be kept low, which further reduces the output of the pump and the pressure resistance of each pressure feeding passage.

Pump set 1 uses a diaphragm airless pump with a maximum discharge pressure of 100 kg/cm'' and a discharge amount Ll/win.It is possible to use a 100 V electric motor with a power of 1.75 kg, and of course it is also possible to use a gasoline engine. .Due to the high viscosity of the material, the passageway is thicker than normal paint pumps.

The material (coating material) is sent to the hopper's intake port. A paint hose 2 is connected to this pump set 1. This paint hose 2 has a pressure resistance of 100 kg/cm2, an inner diameter of 1 inch, and 4 shafts in length, and the inner diameter is thicker for pressure-feeding high-viscosity materials (normally, high inch is used for airless painting).
. For this reason, high strength is required in terms of pressure resistance, but since the pressure is low, flexibility can be maintained. Further, a paint pressure reducing valve 4 is provided between the paint hose 2 and the spray gun 3. The paint pressure reducing valve 4 has the same construction as the conventional one, which adjusts the pressure to be applied to each spray, but has a large flow rate. In addition, the spray gun 3 is equipped with an airless nozzle tip 5 at the tip in the case of base blowing, which is a mixture of airless spray and air spray, and an air cap 6 that sprays auxiliary air to prevent tailing and promote atomization. <Effects of the Invention> As mentioned above, the finishing method for spraying the high viscosity coating material of the present invention is as follows:
By spraying the coating material by atomizing it using liquid pressure and air pressure, and by blowing off the coating material sent to the coating material outlet using air pressure, the pump power is reduced (spraying is possible with power less than lps), and it is compact. Can be made lighter. ■Since the particle size becomes finer due to the rain and dew effects of airless and air spray, the finish of the painted surface is good and tailing can be prevented. ■Hose pressure resistance is reduced, gun operability is improved, and hose flexibility is achieved. ■The large orifice diameter of the nozzle tip reduces clogging. ■ Improved durability of the pump and reduced wear on the nozzle tip.
