  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 円筒導体１１と円筒導体１２を連結した円筒
    導体１０と、円筒導体１０の両端部を密閉する蓋
    １３及び蓋１４と、蓋１３及び蓋１４の両方に固
    定された直進式マイクロメータヘツド１５及び１
    ６と、両方の直進式マイクロメータヘツド１５及
    び１６の先端に固定され円筒導体１０の中でその
    間隔を変えることのできる短絡板１７及び１８と
    、円筒導体１０内の電磁界を励振する結合手段２
    １と、円筒導体１０内の電磁界から電力を取り出
    す結合手段２２と、短絡板１７及び１８が対向す
    る面の裏側及び蓋１３及び蓋１４の内面に装着さ
    れた電波吸収体２３とで構成され、かつ短絡板１
    ７及び１８と円筒導体１０の内壁との間に所要の
    ギヤツプを設けると共に結合手段として結合ルー
    プ８を円筒導体１０の内壁に設置し円筒導体１０
    が円筒導体１１と円筒導体１２とに分割可能な誘
    電定数測定器具。 ２ 結合手段として結合ループ８を短絡板１７及
    び１８の対向する面に設置したことを特徴とする
