Claims (1)
- 表面に導電膜を形成されたセラミツクのキヤビ
テイケース内に内部誘電体を配設して誘電体共振
器を形成し、この誘電体共振器を複数個並べて配
置し、隣り合う誘電体共振器の前記表面間に切欠
部を有するアース板を架設し、このアース板の両
端縁部を切欠部を含むように前記導電膜にはんだ
付けし、アース板を介して接続された誘電体共振
器を金属ケース内に納めたことを特徴とする誘電
体フイルタ。
