    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ボンベから供給されるキヤリアガスが順にマス
    フローコントローラ、試料注入口、カラム、検出
    器を経て系外に排出されるようなガスクロマトグ
    ラフの流量調節器に於いて、マスフローコントロ
    ーラと試料注入口との間に分岐流路を設け、分岐
    流路では、キヤリアガスの一部が分岐流路に設け
    られた調圧器を通り次に抵抗管を通つて系外に排
    出されるように流路を配したことを特徴とするガ
    スクロマトグラフ用キヤリアガス流量調節器。
