Claims (1)
- 熱伝導率の良い材料を使用した等温ブロツク内
に素線とリード線とを接合する冷接点を埋設し、
更に該ブロツク内の前記接合点を薄膜絶縁シート
によつて隔離し、前記等温ブロツクに室温補償素
子を接着してなる冷接点構造としたことを特徴と
する断熱型熱電対。
