けられ同レールの係合部に係脱可能に係合する被
係合部を有する摺動部材と、前記アツパレール側
にて前記解除レバーと同軸的に回動可能に組付け
られた第２のレバーと、これら両レバー間に設け
られこれら両者を解除可能に結合させる結合手段
および前記解除レバーの回動復帰方向への回動を
規制する係合手段と、前記アツパレール側と第２
のレバー間に設けられ同レバーの所定量の回動時
同レバーを前記アツパレール側に係止しかつ同レ
バーの摺動時前記摺動部材に当接して前記第２の
レバーのアツパレール側に対する係止を解除させ
る係止手段を備えていることを特徴とする車両用
