、７は加熱炉、８は電熱線、９は熱特性検出部の
ケース、１０は筒状ケース、１１は輻射熱遮蔽板
、１２はヒートパイプ、１３は放熱フイン、１４
はフアンである。

Claims (1)
- 試料加熱部と上記試料の熱特性検出部との間を
筒状のケースで連結して、このケースの内側に輻
射熱遮蔽板を設けると共に密閉されたパイプの内
部に蒸発し易い少量の液体を封入したヒートパイ
プの一端を上記筒状ケースの外側に巻回し、かつ
上記ヒートパイプの他端に放熱フインを設けて、
これを上方に配置すると同時に冷却用のフアンに
対向させた熱分析装置。
