- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 熱を放散しその放熱量の変化を検出する加熱
型温度センサと、周囲温度を検出する補正用温度
センサとを近接して設置した熱式液位検出器にお
いて、前記加熱型温度センサ及び補正用温度セン
サはそれぞれ互いに長さの異なる中空棒状の保護
管を用いたことを特徴とする熱式液位検出器。 ２ 前記加熱型温度センサ及び補正用温度センサ
は同一の取付部材に取り付けるようにした実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の熱式液位検出器
。 ３ 前記加熱型温度センサは傍熱型温度センサと
した熱式液位検出器。 ４ 前記加熱型温度センサは自己加熱型温度セン
サとした熱式液位検出器。
