Claims (1)
- 集積回路等のワークにコーテイングされたコー
テイング剤を硬化させるためのコーテイング剤硬
化装置であつて、隔壁で仕切られた複数の炉と、
これらの炉の炉内温度をそれぞれ異なる一定の温
度に保持するために外部熱源から各炉内にそれぞ
れ温度の異なる熱風を供給するための送風装置と
を有するコーテイング剤硬化装置。
