込むための温風通路と、機関のアイドルアツプ装
置と、機関始動からの経過時間を計算するタイマ
手段と、該タイマ手段の計算結果に基いて該経過
時間が予め定められた設定時間よりも短かいとき
には機関回転数を予め定められた第1の設定回転
数までアイドルアツプし、該経過時間が予め定め
られた設定時間を越えたときには第1の設定回転
数よりも高くかつターボヒータがほぼ最大能力を
発揮する第2の設定回転数までアイドルアツプす
るアイドルアツプ制御手段とを具備した車両用タ
