- 筐体、この筐体内を大気室と圧力室とに分割す
るダイアフラム、上記筐体の大気室側に側けられ
上記ダイアフラムを固着支持する大気室ホルダ、
この大気室ホルダ表面に上記ダイアフラムとの粘
着防止処理を施した事を特徴とするダイアフラム
装置。
