て、 絶縁基板に入、出力端子およびアース端子がほ
ぼ一直線状に植設され、各端子の先端部には上記
電子部品の一側縁部に形成された外部引出電極に
接触可能な接触部が形成され、かつ上記入、出力
端子は絶縁基板に形成された伝送線路を介して測
定機器に接続されていることを特徴とする電子部
