形成したマスクにおいて、各チツプパターンの夫
々同一箇所に形成した目合わせパターンを、各チ
ツプに共通のパターンに形成した目ずれ検出パタ
ーンと、各チツプで夫々相違するパターンに形成
したチツプずれ検出パターンとで構成したことを
特徴とするチツプ目合せパターン。
