物を充填材である布帛の平面状積層物の面と平行
に流す例を示す斜視図、第２図は、前記混合物を
前記積層物の面に垂直方向に流す例を示す斜視図
である。第３図は、第１図の例において用いる布
帛の１例を示す平面図である。 １……カラム本体、２……蓋、３……流入口、
４……排出口、５……布帛、６……布帛の平面状
積層物、７……布帛を構成する糸条。
第１図は、分離されるべき生体物質Ａを含む混合
物を充填材である布帛の平面状積層物の面と平行
に流す例を示す斜視図、第２図は、前記混合物を

Claims (1)
- 分離されるべき生体物質Ａを含む混合物を、充
填材を載置したカラム中を通過させて、該物質Ａ
を該充填材に選択的に付着せしめて分離する装置
において、該充填材としてリガンドを固定した布
帛５の平面状積層物６をその面が該混合物の流れ
の方向に対して実質的に平行または垂直方向にな
る如く、該カラム中に載置してなる分離装置。
