Claims (1)
- 負荷によつて動特性が変化するプラントにおい
て、代表負荷での動特性を模擬する第１モデルを
有し、同第１モデルは実プラントへ入力される制
御信号を受け、実プラントと第１モデルとの出力
の偏差を取り、同偏差を上記第１モデルと同じ特
性を持つ第２モデルを内蔵したゲイン調節可能な
調節回路を介して上記制御信号にフイードバツク
することを特徴とするプラント特性補償回路。
