- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 デイジタル／アナログ変換器を通じてアナログ
信号に変換された出力信号をアナログ／デイジタ
ル変換器にフイードバツクし、このアナログ／デ
イジタル変換器にてデイジタル信号に変換された
フイードバツク信号と上記デイジタル／アナログ
変換器に出力された信号とを比較して、出力回路
系の故障を判断する出力故障検出手段と、 少なくとも２つのアナログ／デイジタル変換器
によつてデイジタル信号に変換された各入力信号
を比較し、入力回路系の故障を判断する入力故障
検出手段とを具備したことを特徴とする入出力回
路の故障検出装置。
