Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 扉を本体に閉じた状態に保持するためのラツチ
    装置であつて、 前記扉及び前記本体のいずれか一方に固設され
    た磁性体と、前記扉及び前記本体のいずれか他方
    に固定されたケーシング内に出没自在に受容され
    かつ突出方向に弾発付勢されると共に前記磁性体
    と磁気的に係合し得るマグネツト手段と、前記マ
    グネツト手段と並列に前記ケーシング内に出没自
    在に受容されると共に前記磁性体と前記マグネツ
    ト手段との磁気的係合力よりも大きな突出力をも
    つて弾発付勢されたスライダと、前記マグネツト
    手段を没入位置に保持するべくばね付勢された可
    動係合手段と、前記スライダが所定以上突出した
    ときに前記マグネツト手段に対する前記可動係合
    手段による保持状態を解除する解除手段とを有す
    ることを特徴とするラツチ装置。
