示の薄膜EL表示素子構造において、 透明電極層を表示パターン形成を施さないベタ
電極とし、かつもう一方の電極層側の絶縁層に強
誘電体膜を用いてパターン状に形成し、そのパタ
ーンの間に誘電率の低い絶縁層を形成したことを
