Claims (1)
- フエリ磁性体と、所定形状の電極と、磁石とが
層状に配置された非可逆回路素子において、該磁
石が温度により形状が変化する物質から形成され
た保持部材により該フエリ磁性体に対して前後進
移動可能に配置され、かつ温度が高くなると該磁
石が該フエリ磁性体に近付き、低くなると遠くな
るようにしてなることを特徴とする非可逆回路素
子。
