Claims (1)
- 軟磁性材料または導電材料からなりほぼ平坦な
面を有する１または２個の被検体と、軟磁性材料
からなり上記被検体の平坦な面のエツジ部分と対
向した状態で保持された一対のコアと、この各コ
アに巻き付けられたコイルと、これらのコイルの
インダクタンスの変化を検出する検出回路とから
なることを特徴とする位置センサー装置。
