Claims (1)
- 加工レンズにより集光されたレーザ光によつて
被加工物の加工を行なうレーザ加工装置において
、前記加工レンズの下部に、加工レンズの下方に
向う空気流を形成する第1の噴出口を設け、該第
1の噴出口の下方に、前記加工レンズに対して略
水平でかつ加工レンズ表面に接触しない空気流を
形成する第2の噴出口を設け、該第2の噴出口に
対向する位置に、第2の噴出口から噴出される空
気を吸引する吸引口を設けたことを特徴とするレ
ーザ加工装置。
