Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 鋳造金型の湯口部に設置される鋳造用堰入子に
おいて、 前記堰入子は、セラミツク製堰入子本体と、堰
入子本体の外周側に配置され前記堰入子本体を支
持する金属製支持部と、前記堰入子本体と前記支
持部との間に配置されセラミツクフアイバから成
る緩衝材と、から構成され、 前記支持部は、前記堰入子本体の側周部を支持
し上端ネジ部および下端ネジ部をもつ本体部と、
該本体部の前記上端ネジ部と螺合するネジ部をも
ち前記堰入子本体の一端面を支持する上部支持部
と、前記本体部の前記下端ネジ部と螺合するネジ
部をもち前記堰入子本体の他端面を支持する下部
支持部と、から成り、それらが一体となつて前記
堰入子本体を支持することを特徴とする鋳造用堰
入子。
