Claims (1)
- プロセツサによりアクセスされるメモリ装置に
おいて、予め割付けられた所定のアドレス領域に
対応する記憶容量を越える記憶容量を有するメモ
リ素子と、このメモリ素子の当該所定アドレス領
域に対応する記憶容量をアクセス可能なアドレス
ビツトより上位のアドレスビツトに接続され、こ
の上位のアドレスビツトに供給するアドレス信号
を手動選択するスイツチと、このメモリ装置と外
部の入出力手段との信号を授受する信号入出力手
段とを具備してなるメモリ装置。
