Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a transfer paper having picture pattern printed with rubber ink and permeability on transferred face with picture pattern and flexibility by using picture-patterned transfer paper printed with rubber ink having dotted portions without inking on the face of ground paper, and by scatter-welding hot-melt powder adhesives on the surface printed with picture pattern. CONSTITUTION: An exfoliation paper or a mold releasing paper is used as a ground paper, on which a picture pattern with rubber ink is printed by using a silk screen printing plate. With this printing, picture pattern having dotted portions lacking ink was printed on the ground paper to become a transfer paper. Then the face of the transfer paper printed by rubber ink overlaps with a cloth of sportswear and others followed by heating and pressing. With this heating and pressing, rubber ink becomes more or less molten and exerts adhesive force to stick to the cloth of sportswear and others. The ground paper is then peeled from the cloth. Therefore, layer of picture pattern is given with flexibility to prevent losing shape of the picture pattern layer or others.

PRIOR TECHNOLOGY Transfer of a pattern formed using conventional rubber ink involves printing the pattern using rubber ink on the surface of a backing paper called release paper or release paper, and utilizing the thermal adhesive properties of the rubber ink. The rubber ink design is then transferred to athletic clothing, clothing, etc. using a thermal transfer method.

The pattern created by this transfer was characterized by a relatively thick pattern being formed on the surface of the athletic clothing. but,
Patterns formed on athletic clothing and the like by transfer using this type of conventional transfer method have been widely used because the entire surface of the pattern becomes a thick and stretchable pattern layer made of rubber ink. However, on the other hand, it does not take away the breathability of the pattern forming surface, and the present invention eliminates the above disadvantages and creates a pattern that is not necessarily satisfied with the elasticity of the pattern forming surface. It is an object of the present invention to provide a pattern transfer paper using rubber ink which has air permeability and elasticity.

Means for Solving the Problems Release paper is a transfer paper on which a design is printed with rubber ink, with areas on which ink is not placed dotted throughout the design, on a mount surface called release paper, and also with the above-mentioned rubber ink. This is a transfer paper on which a hot melt powder adhesive is sprayed and fused on the pattern printing surface.

This manufacturing method will be explained using an example of making a one-color silk screen printing plate. It is stretched over a frame, coated with an emulsion mixed with a photosensitizer, and after this is dried, a positive film with photosensitive areas dotted within the design is applied to the gauze, and this is irradiated with light to expose the photosensitive areas. This is exposed to light, and the emulsion in the non-exposed areas is removed by a conventional method to produce a silk screen printing plate with a pattern on the gauze covered with areas dotted with areas that do not allow ink to pass through.

As a result of this printing, the transfer paper becomes a transfer paper on which a pattern is printed on the surface of the mount, in which areas where rubber ink is not applied are scattered.

By interspersing the shapes of the parts on which the rubber ink is not applied in the form of small circles, corners, stars, -10 shapes, and other shapes in the pattern, it is possible to give the transferred pattern a more tasteful feel.

この転写紙を以て常法に従った熱転写を行う。Using this transfer paper, thermal transfer is performed according to a conventional method.

That is, the rubber ink-printed surface of the transfer paper and the fabric surface of athletic clothing are superimposed and heated and pressed using a heating and pressing device.

By this heating and pressing, the rubber ink melts to some extent, exhibits adhesive strength, and adheres to fabrics such as athletic clothing. Thereafter, the mount is peeled off from the fabric of athletic clothing or the like. by this,
A design printed with rubber ink is transferred from the mount to the fabric surface of athletic clothing, etc.

尚、ラバーインクによる図柄印刷面にホットメルト粉末

In addition, when a hot melt powder adhesive is sprayed and fused onto the pattern printed surface using rubber ink, the melting point of the hot melt powder adhesive is lower than that of the rubber ink, so the transfer can be performed at a correspondingly lower temperature.

Effect: A pattern transferred using rubber ink using a transfer paper configured as described above is transferred to fabrics such as athletic clothing as a thick pattern as before, but the transferred pattern is printed with rubber ink. Because there are scattered parts where no layer is formed.

The air permeability of this part is ensured. In addition, this portion provides the rubber ink pattern layer with reasonable elasticity in response to the expansion and contraction of the fabric, thereby preventing the pattern layer from deforming.
