Claims (1)
発光層および第2誘電体層を順次積層形成してな
る透明多層膜と、 上記透明多層膜上に反射防止膜を介して積層形
成されるとともに、その縁部を上記反射防止膜と
ともに上記透明多層膜の端面を覆うように屈曲さ
せ、さらにガラス基板に沿つて屈曲して設けられ
た背面電極板と、 上記背面電極板のガラス基板に沿つて設けられ
た屈曲部上に、接着剤層を介して上記背面電極を
覆うようにして設けられた防湿用の封止ガラスと
、同じく接着剤層を介して設けられた給電用のピ
ンとを備え、 上記背面電極板と透明多層膜との間に電圧印加
を行なうことにより、上記多層膜中で発光表示を
行なうよう構成された薄膜ELパネルにおいて、 上記背面電極板縁部のガラス基板に沿つて設け
られた屈曲部は、ガラス基板と直接接着されてい
