Therefore, out of N retrieval result transmission procedures 3-1-3-N, each of X(0<=X<=N) retrieval result transmission procedures corresponding to each of X user terminals in which the transmission information exist is operated by respective independent task, and each allocated transmission information is transmitted to each of the user terminals in an on-line operation.
