- 吐出管の途上に３方口電磁弁を設け、該電磁弁
が、真空ポンプの運転時には、上流側の吐出管と
下流側の吐出管を連通し、前記真空ポンプの停止
時には、上流側の吐出管と吸入管を連通できるよ
うにしたことを特徴とするガス用真空ポンプの無
負荷起動装置。
