た薄い基板の表面に立方晶チツ化ホウ素及びダイ
ヤモンド砥粒等による切刃を電着等により形成し
て成る薄刃砥石を着脱自在に取付ける一方、上記
台金の回転軸と平行な軸に沿い、且つ、台金に対
してスライド自在にしてワーク台を設け、このワ
ーク台にパンチ等の被削材を上記回転軸と平行な
向きで把持する被削材クランプを取付けて成り、
上記台金に取付けられて回転する薄刃砥石に対し
被削材の端面を押し付けることにより当該被削材
の端面を研削するようにしたことを特徴とするパ
