た多孔質無機粉末材料を示す拡大図である。第５
図は本考案品（第１図のシム）、本考案品の
シムおよび従来のシムとを使用した鳴き評価試験
における鳴きのレベルを区分けして示す説明図で
ある。第６図は上記試験における本考案品の試
験結果を示す図、第７図は本考案品の試験結果
を示す図、第８図は従来品の試験結果を示す図で

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 デイスクブレーキの摩擦パツドとその摩擦パツ
ドをデイスクロータに押圧する押圧部材との間に
介在させられるデイスクブレーキの鳴き防止用シ
ムにおいて、 金属板の少なくとも一面に、潤滑油脂を含浸さ
せた多孔質無機粉末材料を混入したゴムまたはそ
の類似物から成る振動減衰材層を形成したことを
特徴とするデイスクブレーキの鳴き防止用シム。
