Claims (1)
- パン生地７を練るはね４を内部に取付けたパン
容器２と、前記はね４を回転させるモーター３と
、このモーター３への通電を制御する制御回路５
とを夫々本体１内に設けるとともに、前記容器２
内にパン生地７を練るからみ棒６を突設し、また
容器２内でパン生地７を練り、発酵させ、かつ、
焼成する一連のパン製造工程を自動的に行うもの
において、パン生地７がある程度練り上がるまで
はモーター３を連続運転するプログラムと、連続
運転完了後にモーター３を夫々間欠的に数回交互
に正、逆回転するプログラムと、正、逆回転完了
後に再度モーター３を連続運転するプログラムと
を前記の制御回路５に設けたことを特徴とする自
動製パン機。
