Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ シリンダ型アクチユエータと揺動型アクチユ
エータとを一体的に結合し、上記シリンダ型アク
チユエータにおける異形断面を有するピストンロ
ツドに、シリンダ型アクチユエータによる直線往
復動と揺動型アクチユエータによる回転揺動とを
複合した運動をさせる複合アクチユエータにおい
て、 上記複合アクチユエータに、上記ピストンロツ
ドと相対摺動可能でかつ一体的に揺動する揺動部
材と、該揺動部材の揺動ストロークを規制する規
制部材とを備えたストツパを設けた、 ことを特徴とする複合アクチユエータ。 ２ 上記規制部材に、上記揺動部材の衝突による
衝撃を吸収するためのシヨツクアブソーバを付設
した、請求項１記載の複合アクチユエータ。
