- 絶縁基板の両主面に各々設けられた配線パター
ンを、スルーホールの内周面に形成したスルーホ
ール導体で互いに接続した回路配線基板において
、前記スルーホールの周縁部の少なくとも一部に
、テーパ面または曲面をもつて面取り１４ａを施
したことを特徴とする回路配線基板。
