Claims (1)
- 回転体に固定した環状の永久磁石と、軸受箱内
に緩衝部材を介して取付けた、前記永久磁石の磁
極に対向する超電導体と、この超電導体を冷却す
る冷却装置とを具備する磁気軸受。
