Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of flashes and deformation of a lining by a method wherein after the lining has been set up to a core mold by making the inside diameter of the lining larger than that of the core mold by preheating the lining at a higher temperature than a core mold temperature, a molded product body is molded of resin. CONSTITUTION:Although a mold temperature depends upon resin to be molded, it is about 140-160 deg.C and fluorine resin lining is heated at a temperature higher by about 20 deg.C than that. The inside diameter of the lining is made a little smaller than the outside diameter of a core mold to which the lining is set up at the mold temperature, in a lining form. When the lining is set up to the core mold under a state where the inside diameter of the lining is expanded a little larger than that of the core mold by heating the lining up to a higher temperature than the mold temperature, as the temperature of the lining is dropped down to the mold temperature, the lining is shrunk, and stuck close to the core mold, a cylindrical molded product is molded by loading the resin. Therefore, generation of flashes of resin can be prevented, which, in other words, can prevent even a deformation of the lining.

Fluororesin is often used as the lining material. When a fluororesin lining is molded using a flexible method, when it is heated to the temperature of a special mold, it expands and creates a gap between it and the mold, and the resin gets into that gap, causing paris. or the lining may become deformed.

The present invention provides a method for molding a cylindrical molded product having a fluororesin lining, at a predetermined molding temperature.
A lining with an inner diameter slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the core mold is preheated to a temperature higher than the core mold temperature to make the inner diameter of the lining larger than the diameter of the core mold, and then set in the core mold. ! The main body of the molded product is molded according to the purpose.

In the present invention, the mold temperature is approximately 140 to 160°C, depending on the resin to be molded. Since the fluororesin lining is heated to a higher temperature, usually about 20°C, the temperature is 160 to 180°C. Therefore, the lining material should be fairly heat resistant, e.g.
The lining, which is preferably made of TFE resin, DFA resin, FEP resin, etc., has a circular diameter that is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the core mold in which the lining is set at the mold temperature.

After that, resin is added and a cylindrical molded product is formed. The present invention takes advantage of the fact that the coefficient of thermal expansion of the lining material such as Teflon is considerably larger than that of the mold, making it possible to tightly adhere the lining to the core mold. Therefore, it is possible to prevent resin cracks from forming between the lining and the core mold, and in turn, it is possible to prevent deformation of the lining. Therefore, a cylindrical molded product having a lining can be molded without causing molding defects.
