【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
ピストンロツドに所定の間隔で磁気スケールを
配設すると共に、シリンダヘツド部に磁気スケー
ルを読み取る磁気センサを配置したシリンダ装置
において、センサ本体を非磁性材からなるセンサ
ケースに収装すると共に、センサケースの先端面
より内側に所定の間隙をもつてセンサ検出面が位
置するようにセンサ本体を固定し、かつセンサケ
ースの先端面をピストンロツドの周側面に直接的
に接触させるように保持したことを特徴とするシ
リンダ装置のストロークセンサ。
配設すると共に、シリンダヘツド部に磁気スケー
ルを読み取る磁気センサを配置したシリンダ装置
において、センサ本体を非磁性材からなるセンサ
ケースに収装すると共に、センサケースの先端面
より内側に所定の間隙をもつてセンサ検出面が位
置するようにセンサ本体を固定し、かつセンサケ
ースの先端面をピストンロツドの周側面に直接的
に接触させるように保持したことを特徴とするシ
リンダ装置のストロークセンサ。
Claims (1)
- ピストンロツドに所定の間隔で磁気スケールを
配設すると共に、シリンダヘツドに磁気スケール
を読み取る磁気センサを配置したシリンダ装置に
おいて、センサ本体を非磁性材からなるセンサケ
ースに収装すると共に、センサケースの先端面よ
り内側に所定の間隙をもつてセンサ検出面が位置
するようにセンサ本体を固定し、かつセンサケー
スの先端面をピストンロツドの周側面に直接的に
接触させるように保持したことを特徴とするシリ
ンダ装置のストロークセンサ。
