- シリンダチユーブにピストンロツドが摺動自由
に貫通するシリンダヘツドを取付け、このシリン
ダヘツドの端面に密着してセンサを内蔵したセン
サホルダを配置し、かつシリンダチユーブの端部
外周に固定してあるブラケツトに対し、センサホ
ルダをボルトを介して締結したことを特徴とする
ストロークセンサ付きシリンダ装置。
