Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily manufacture a decorative board of good taste by adhering a backing plate to a ceramic fiber sheet by baking, drawing the decoration on the surface with the glaze, and baking the same again. CONSTITUTION: The entire surface of a ceramic sheet 2 is coated with the glaze, then the ceramic fiber sheet 1 obtained by blending the inorganic binder into alumina silica fiber, and the ceramic sheet 2 are overlapped, and backed at about 1200 deg.C, and both sheets 1, 2 are adhered to be used as a base plate 3. The picture 4 or letters 5 are drawn on a surface at the sheet 1 side with the colored glaze by using a pen and a brush, then the sheets are baked again at about 1200 deg.C for coloring and fixing the picture 4 or the letters 5, whereby the decoratie board is completed. As the ceramic fiber sheet 1 is adhered to the ceramic sheet 2 as the backing plate, the warping and the lenticulation can be prevented.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the production of the above-mentioned Nanga, the objects on which decorations such as pictures and letters are drawn are ceramic plates, so it is difficult to obtain the touch of drawing pictures and letters on the surface of paper. In addition to requiring skill, there was a problem in that the drawn characters etc. had a shallow taste.

This ceramic fiber sheet is paper-like, and in order to prevent warping and waviness, a backing plate is bonded in advance by firing. An inorganic material such as a metal plate or a porcelain plate is used for the backing plate. Adhesion of the backing plate and ceramic fiber sheet is as follows:
This is done by applying an inorganic binder such as glaze to the entire surface to be joined.

First, a ceramic fiber sheet 1 (length 303 x width 30 cm, thickness 750R) obtained by blending an inorganic binder with alumina-silica fiber and a porcelain sheet 2 (thickness 2 mm) of the same size as the ceramic fiber sheet 1 were prepared. After preparing and applying glaze to the entire surface of the porcelain sheet 2, the ceramic fiber sheet 1 and the porcelain sheet 2 are stacked and fired at about 1200°C, and both sheets 1.2 are bonded to form the substrate 3. was obtained (Fig. 1).

Next, on the surface of the ceramic fiber sheet 1 side of the substrate 3, a picture 4 as shown in FIG. 2 or letters 5 as shown in FIG. 3 are drawn with colored glaze using a brush or a brush. Then, this is fired again at about 1200 degrees Celsius, and the pictures 4 or letters 5 are colored and fixed with a colored glaze to complete the decorative board.
