Description
Claims (10)
- 導電性部品と、前記導電性部品に結合され、前記導電性部品に隣接して位置付けられた電気爆発装置[110]と、前記電気爆発装置[110]用のハウジング[120]と、を含むエアバッグアセンブリであって、前記ハウジング[120]は、前記導電性部品の導電性よりも低い導電性を有する導電性プラスチック材料によって少なくとも部分的に画定されることと、前記ハウジング[120]は、前記電気爆発装置[110]の一部分と前記ハウジング[120]との間にスパークギャップを維持するように、前記電気爆発装置[110]を受容するように構成されていることを特徴とする、エアバッグアセンブリ。
- 前記電気爆発装置[110]は、テザー[112]を解放するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のエアバッグアセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジング(120)は、前記導電性プラスチック材料によって全体的に画定される、請求項1に記載のエアバッグアセンブリ。
- 前記導電性部品は金属部品を含む、請求項1に記載のエアバッグアセンブリ。
- 前記電気爆発装置[110]の前記部分は、イニシエータカップ[114]を含む、請求項1に記載のエアバッグアセンブリ。
- 導電性部品と、前記導電性部品に結合され、前記導電性部品に隣接して位置付けられた電気爆発装置[110]と、前記電気爆発装置[110]用のハウジング[120]と、を含むエアバッグアセンブリであって、前記ハウジング[120]は、前記導電性部品の導電性よりも低い導電性を有する導電性プラスチック材料によって少なくとも部分的に画定され、
前記導電性部品は、金属プレート[105]を含む、エアバッグアセンブリ。 - 前記金属プレート(105)は、アクチュエータモジュールのモジュール本体の一部である、請求項6に記載のエアバッグアセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジング[120]は、前記モジュール本体に関連付けられるブレークオーバ電圧を低下させるように構成されている、請求項7に記載のエアバッグアセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジング[120]は、前記電気爆発装置[110]から摩擦電荷を排出するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のエアバッグアセンブリ。
- 前記導電性プラスチックは、導電率を増加させるように改質されたポリアミド材料を含む、請求項1に記載のエアバッグアセンブリ。
