Description
Claims (13)
- 親水性輸液チューブであって、該親水性輸液チューブは、
第1の流体ポートと第2の流体ポートとを接続するように構成された押出成形された可撓性チューブを備え、該可撓性チューブは、
流体輸液に適した基材と、
前記可撓性チューブの内面上に配置された親水性流体接触面と
を備え、
前記親水性流体接触面の水濡れ接触角は、前記基材の水濡れ接触角よりも小さく、
前記可撓性チューブの内面は、前記押出成形された可撓性チューブの成形時に前記基材と親水性添加剤との混合物から形成され、該親水性添加剤は、前記基材と前記親水性添加剤の総重量の20%以下である、親水性輸液チューブ。 - 前記基材は、熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)、熱可塑性エラストマー(TPE)、熱可塑性ポリオレフィン(TPO)、軟質ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、シリコーン、熱可塑性加硫ゴム(TPV)(エチレンプロピレンジエンモノマー(EPDM)+ポリプロピレン(PP))、熱可塑性スチレン系エラストマー(TPS)(スチレン-ブタジエン-スチレン(SBS)/スチレン-エチレン-ブチレン-スチレン(SEBS)/スチレン-イソプレン-ゴム(SIS)/スチレン-エチレン-プロピレン-スチレン(SEPS))、およびそのポリオレフィンとの混合物、および熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマー(TPEE)(ポリエーテルエステル)ゴム)のうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項1に記載の親水性輸液チューブ。
- 前記親水性流体接触面は、前記基材によって提供される摩擦係数よりも低い摩擦係数を提供する、請求項1に記載の親水性輸液チューブ。
- 前記親水性流体接触面は、前記基材によって提供される材料の濡れ性よりも高い材料の濡れ性を提供する、請求項1に記載の親水性輸液チューブ。
- 前記親水性添加剤は、ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP)、ポリビニルアルコール、キトサン(CS)、ポリアミド、ポリエチレンオキシド(PEO)、ポリエチレングリコール(PEG)、およびポリエーテルアミンのうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項1に記載の親水性輸液チューブ。
- 前記親水性添加剤は、グアニジニウムコポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の親水性輸液チューブ。
- 前記親水性添加剤は、前記基材と親水性添加剤とを合わせた重量の最大10パーセントを含む、請求項1に記載の親水性輸液チューブ。
- 前記親水性添加剤は、前記基材と親水性添加剤とを合わせた重量の最大20パーセントを含む、請求項1に記載の親水性輸液チューブ。
- 成形されたハウジングを備えた親水性輸液部品であって、
前記ハウジングは、
第1の流体ポートと、
第2の流体ポートと、
前記第1の流体ポートと前記第2の流体ポートとの間に配置された流体通路と
を備え、
前記ハウジングは、
流体輸液に適したハウジング基材と、
前記流体通路の内面を形成する親水性流体接触面とを備え、
前記親水性流体接触面の水濡れ接触角は、前記ハウジング基材の水濡れ接触角よりも小さく、
前記親水性流体接触面は、前記成形されたハウジングの形成時に前記ハウジング基材と親水性添加剤との混合物を含み、該親水性添加剤は、前記ハウジング基材と前記親水性添加剤の総重量の20%以下である、親水性輸液部品。 - 前記ハウジング基材は、熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)、熱可塑性エラストマー(TPE)、熱可塑性ポリオレフィン(TPO)、軟質ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、シリコーン、熱可塑性加硫ゴム(TPV)(エチレンプロピレンジエンモノマー(EPDM)+ポリプロピレン(PP))、熱可塑性スチレン系エラストマー(TPS)(スチレン-ブタジエン-スチレン(SBS)/スチレン-エチレン-ブチレン-スチレン(SEBS)/スチレン-イソプレン-ゴム(SIS)/スチレン-エチレン-プロピレン-スチレン(SEPS))、およびそのポリオレフィンとの混合物、および熱可塑性ポリエステルエラストマー(TPEE)(ポリエーテルエステル)ゴム)のうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項9に記載の親水性輸液部品。
- 前記親水性添加剤は、ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP)、ポリビニルアルコール、キトサン(CS)、ポリアミド、ポリエチレンオキシド(PEO)、ポリエチレングリコール(PEG)、ポリエーテルアミン、およびグアニジニウムコポリマーのうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項9に記載の親水性輸液チューブ。
- 輸液部品と、請求項1に記載された親水性輸液チューブとを備えた輸液セットであって、前記可撓性チューブは、前記可撓性チューブの前記内面に気泡が蓄積することのない流体通路を提供するように構成される、輸液セット。
- 前記輸液部品は、請求項9に記載された親水性輸液部品であり、
前記流体通路は、前記流体通路の前記内面に気泡が蓄積することのない流体通路を提供するように構成される、請求項12に記載の輸液セット。
