Claims (21)
- 膜、および前記膜の付近に配置された電極を含む静電型音響デバイスの動作を制御するための方法であって、前記膜は、前記電極に可変オーディオ信号電圧が印加されるときに、前記電極から発出する可変電界に機械的に応答するように構成され、前記方法は、
前記静電型音響デバイスの入力に、無線周波数で変化するプローブ信号を注入することと、
電流または電荷信号を変調電圧信号に変換することによって前記電流または電荷信号を検出することであって、前記電流または電荷信号は、前記プローブ信号の無線周波数を変調するオーディオ周波数で変化するオーディオ信号を含むことと、
前記変調電圧信号を復調し、オーディオ周波数で変化するオーディオ出力信号を生成することと、
前記オーディオ出力信号を変換し、エラー信号を生成することと、
前記エラー信号に応答して、前記静電型音響デバイスに制御信号を入力することであって、前記制御信号の位相および振幅は、周囲雑音に起因する前記膜の機械的応答を少なくとも部分的にキャンセルするように構成されることと、
を備える、方法。 - 前記オーディオ周波数で変化するオーディオ出力信号は、無線周波数における変調電圧信号のホモダイン検出によって得られる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 無線周波数における変調電圧信号および無線周波数におけるプローブ信号に応答する無線周波数搬送波信号を位相および周波数ロックすること
を更に備える、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記変調電圧信号の無線周波数搬送波と同期する同期信号を生成することと、
前記同期信号に応答するプローブ信号を出力することと、
を更に備える、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記変調電圧信号を復調することは、ローパスフィルタを用いて行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 正弦波を無線周波数でローカルに生成することと、
無線周波数でローカルに生成された正弦波に応答するプローブ信号を出力することと、
を更に備える、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記変調電圧信号を整流およびローパスフィルタリングによって復調し、それによって前記オーディオ出力信号を生成すること
を更に備える、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記制御信号は、前記膜の機械的運動に所望の音響出力を維持させるように構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記制御信号は、前記膜の機械的変位を制限するように構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記制御信号は、前記静電型音響デバイスの音響透過性を調整するように更に構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 膜、および前記膜の付近に配置された電極を含む静電型音響デバイスの動作を制御するための制御回路であって、前記膜は、前記電極に可変オーディオ信号電圧が印加されるときに、前記電極から発出する可変電界に機械的に応答するように構成され、前記制御回路は、
前記静電型音響デバイスに、無線周波数で変化するプローブ信号を注入するように構成された発振器と、
電流または電荷信号を検出するように構成された検出器であって、前記電流または電荷信号は、前記無線周波数を変調するオーディオ周波数で変化するオーディオ信号を含み、前記検出器は、前記電流または電荷信号を変調電圧信号に変換するように構成される、検出器と、
前記変調電圧信号を復調し、オーディオ周波数で変化するオーディオ出力信号を生成するように構成された復調器と、
前記オーディオ出力信号を変換し、エラー信号を生成するように構成された変換回路と、
前記エラー信号に応答して、制御信号を前記静電型音響デバイスに入力するように構成されたコントローラであって、前記制御信号の位相および振幅は、周囲雑音に起因する前記膜の機械的応答を少なくとも部分的にキャンセルするように構成される、コントローラと、
を備える、制御回路。 - 前記オーディオ周波数で変化するオーディオ出力信号は、無線周波数における変調電圧信号のホモダイン検出によって得られる、請求項11に記載の制御回路。
- 無線周波数における変調電圧信号および無線周波数におけるプローブ信号に応答する無線周波数搬送波信号を位相および周波数ロックするように構成された位相ロックループ
を更に備える、請求項11に記載の制御回路。 - 前記変調電圧信号の無線周波数搬送波と同期する同期信号を生成するように構成された電圧制御発振器
を更に備える、請求項11に記載の制御回路。 - 前記同期信号に応答するプローブ信号を出力するように構成された増幅器
を更に備える、請求項14に記載の制御回路。 - 前記変調電圧信号をフィルタおよび復調し、それによってオーディオ周波数で変化するオーディオ出力信号を生成するように構成されたローパスフィルタ
を更に備える、請求項11に記載の制御回路。 - 前記制御回路は、
正弦波を無線周波数で生成するように構成されたローカル発振器と、
無線周波数における正弦波を入力し、前記正弦波に対応する周波数で前記プローブ信号を出力するように構成される増幅器と、
を更に備える、請求項11に記載の制御回路。 - 前記復調器は、前記オーディオ出力信号を生成する整流器およびローパスフィルタを含む、請求項17に記載の制御回路。
- 前記制御信号は、前記膜の機械的運動に所望の音響出力を維持させるように構成される、請求項11に記載の制御回路。
- 前記制御信号は、前記膜の機械的変位を制限するように構成される、請求項11に記載の制御回路。
- 前記制御信号は、前記静電型音響デバイスの音響透過性を調整するように更に構成される、請求項11に記載の制御回路。
