Description
Claims (11)
- 基板と、
前記基板の上に第1方向に配列される複数の発光素子と、
前記基板の上に配置される第1反射層と、
前記第1反射層の上に配置される樹脂層と、
前記樹脂層の上に配置される第2反射層と、を含み、
前記樹脂層は、前記複数の発光素子の発光面と対向する第1側面と、前記第1側面と反対となる第2側面を含み、
前記第1側面は、前記複数の発光素子のそれぞれの発光面に対し凸状を有する複数の第1反射面と、前記複数の発光素子のそれぞれの発光面に対し凹状を有する少なくとも一つの第2反射面を含み、
前記複数の第1反射面は、前記複数の発光素子のそれぞれと光軸方向に対応する領域に配置され、
前記第2反射面は、前記複数の第1反射面の間に配置され、
前記複数の発光素子のそれぞれの発光面を通じて放出された光は、前記第1側面で反射されて前記第2側面を通じて放出され、
前記樹脂層は、前記発光素子の発光面と対向する前記第1側面から突出した複数の突出部と、前記第1側面に凹状を有する少なくとも一つの凹部を含み、
前記複数の突出部のそれぞれは、前記複数の発光素子と光軸方向に対応する領域にそれぞれ配置され、
前記凹部は、前記複数の突出部の間に配置され、
前記複数の突出部のそれぞれは、前記各発光素子の発光面に対し凸状を有する凸部と、前記凸部と前記各発光素子の間に配置される延長部を含み、
前記複数の第1反射面と前記第2反射面は、曲面を含み、
前記第2反射面の曲率半径は、前記第1反射面の曲率半径より小さく、
前記第1反射面のそれぞれの頂点と前記発光素子のそれぞれの光軸は、第2方向に重なり、
前記延長部の第2方向の長さは、前記凸部の第2方向の長さより短い、照明装置。 - 前記第2反射面は、前記複数の発光素子の間の領域と前記光軸方向に対応する領域に配置され、
前記凹部の第1方向の長さは、前記凸部の第2方向の長さ及び前記延長部の第2方向の長さより短い、請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 前記延長部の第2方向の長さは、1mm~4mmの範囲である、請求項2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第1反射面の曲率半径は、4mm~15mmの範囲である、請求項3に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第1及び第2反射面は、前記光軸方向と垂直な方向の幅で定義される水平幅を有し、前記第1反射面の水平幅は、前記第2反射面の水平幅より大きく、
前記第1反射面の水平幅は、前記発光素子の水平幅より大きい、請求項3または4に記載の照明装置。 - 前記樹脂層は、前記第1側面と前記第2側面の間に配置された第3側面と第4側面を含み、
前記第3側面と前記第4側面は、互いに対向し、
前記複数の突出部は、前記第3側面及び前記第4側面の一端を連結した仮想の第1直線より第2方向に突出した形態を有し、
前記凹部は、前記仮想の第1直線より第2方向に凹んだ形態を有する、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。 - 前記複数の発光素子のそれぞれから各前記第1反射面までの前記光軸方向の距離は、前記複数の発光素子のそれぞれから前記第2側面までの前記光軸方向の距離より長い、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 基板と、
前記基板の上に配置される複数の発光素子と、
前記基板の上に配置される第1反射層と、
前記第1反射層の上に配置される樹脂層と、
前記樹脂層の上に配置される第2反射層と、を含み、
前記樹脂層は、前記発光素子の発光面と対向する第1側面から突出した複数の突出部と、前記複数の突出部の間に配置された凹部を含み、
前記複数の突出部のそれぞれは、前記複数の発光素子と光軸方向に対応する領域にそれぞれ配置され、
前記突出部は、前記発光素子の発光面に対し凸状を有する凸部と、前記凸部と前記発光素子の間に配置される延長部を含み、
前記発光面を通じて放出された光は、前記突出部で反射されて前記第1側面と対向する第2側面を通じて放出され、
前記第2側面は、光出射面であり、第1方向に沿って延長され、
前記第1側面と前記第2側面は、前記第1方向と直交する第2方向に対向し、
前記樹脂層は、前記第1側面と前記第2側面の間に配置された第3側面と第4側面を含み、
前記第3側面は、前記第1側面の一端と前記第2側面の一端を連結する側面であり、
前記第4側面は、前記第1側面の他端と前記第2側面の他端を連結する側面であり、
前記複数の突出部は、前記第3側面の一端と前記第4側面の一端を連結した仮想の第1直線より第2方向に突出した形態を有し、
前記複数の突出部のそれぞれは、膨らんだ曲面を有し、
前記凹部は、凹んだ曲面を有し、
前記凹部は、前記仮想の第1直線より第2方向に凹んだ形態を有する、照明装置。 - 前記凸部及び前記延長部は、前記光軸方向の垂直方向の幅で定義される水平幅を有し、
前記延長部の水平幅は、一定し、
前記凸部の水平幅は、前記発光素子から離れるほど減少する、請求項8に記載の照明装置。 - 前記延長部の前記光軸方向の長さは、前記凸部の前記光軸方向の長さより短く、
前記第1反射層の上面に突出した複数の反射パターンを含み、
前記反射パターンは、前記発光素子と前記第2側面の間に配置される、請求項9に記載の照明装置。 - 一側がオープンされ、内部に収容空間を含むハウジングと、
前記ハウジングのオープンされた一側の上に配置されたレンズと、
前記ハウジングの収容空間内に配置される照明装置を含み、
前記照明装置は、請求項1から10のいずれか一つの照明装置を含み、
前記照明装置の第2側面は、前記ハウジングのオープンされた一側と対向し、線光源または面光源を提供し、
前記レンズは、前記収容空間の高さと同一であるか、より高い高さを有する、ランプ。
