次に、本開示技術の他の実施形態に係る蓄電デバイスの製造方法について、図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。図8に、本他の実施形態に係る蓄電デバイスの製造方法に用いる成形型の型閉じ状態における断面図を示す。図9に、図8に示す成形型を用いて本蓄電デバイスを製造する製造方法のフローチャート図を示す。

Claims (3)
- 集電端子と、
前記集電端子を挿通する端子挿通孔を有するケース部材と、
前記集電端子の孔挿通部と前記端子挿通孔の孔外縁部及び孔周囲部とを接続するように、前記集電端子及び前記ケース部材がインサート成形された絶縁樹脂部材と、を備え、
前記集電端子及び前記ケース部材は、前記絶縁樹脂部材と接続する接続部分に、ケース内の気密性を確保するシール部を備え、
前記シール部は、それぞれ凹凸面が形成された粗面化処理面であり、
前記絶縁樹脂部材は、分子量10000以上の高分子量体と、分子量500~5000の低分子量体と、が含まれた熱可塑性樹脂材を有し、
前記低分子量体は、前記熱可塑性樹脂材の中に5~15重量%含まれ、前記粗面化処理面寄りに偏在してなる
蓄電デバイス。 - 請求項1に記載の蓄電デバイスであって、
前記凹凸面は、算術平均粗さが30~500nmに形成され、
前記凹凸面に近接する樹脂表層部において、前記凹凸面から離間する樹脂内層部に比べて、分子量500~1500の低分子量体が増加している
蓄電デバイス。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の蓄電デバイスの製造方法であって、
前記集電端子及び前記ケース部材をインサートして前記絶縁樹脂部材を射出成形する成形型を用い、
前記成形型のキャビティ内に溶融した前記絶縁樹脂部材を注入完了するまでに、前記絶縁樹脂部材によって前記凹凸面における凸部同士の隙間を充填する樹脂注入工程を備えた
蓄電デバイスの製造方法。
