Claims (2)
- 内部に空間を有するガラス繊維シートを準備する工程と、
前記ガラス繊維シートの内部空間にシリカゾル溶液を含浸させる工程と、
前記シリカゾル溶液をゲル化させて前記ガラス繊維にシリカキセロゲルを担持させる養生工程と、
前記シリカキセロゲルを形成したシートを所定の温度に保持することにより前記シリカキセロゲルを軟化させゲル骨格を強化する強化工程と、
前記シリカキセロゲルを担持させたシートを赤外線吸収材の雰囲気に置くことにより前記赤外線吸収材を含浸させる工程と、を備え、
前記シリカキセロゲルを担持させたシートには重量比で2%以上、15%以下の赤外線吸収材が含まれるようにする断熱シートの製造方法。 - 前記強化工程において、保持する温度を300℃以上、450℃以下とする請求項1記載の断熱シートの製造方法。
