Description
Claims (9)
- 体内の神経を遮断又は調節するための電極装置において、
シャフトを備える本体と、
前記シャフトの一端部から引き出されるように形成され、前記体内の管の少なくとも一部の神経を遮断又は調節する電極ユニットと、
前記電極ユニットの末端と結合され、前記電極ユニットを前記体内の管に接触させるようにガイドする電極ガイドと、
前記電極ガイドを前進及び後進するように構成される電極ガイド駆動ユニットと、
前記電極ガイド駆動ユニットと連動して前記電極ユニットを前進及び後進するように構成される電極駆動ユニットとを含み、
前記電極駆動ユニットは、
前記電極ユニットの一端と連結され、前記電極ユニットに張力を提供する張力維持ユニットと、
前記張力維持ユニットと連結された状態で、前記電極ガイドが前記体内の管の周りに巻き付けられるまで前記張力維持ユニットを前進させた後、前記張力維持ユニットとの連結を解除する移動部とを含み、
前記張力維持ユニットは、前記電極ユニットに張力を提供する第1のスプリング部を含み、前記移動部との連結が解除された後、前記第1のスプリング部の張力によって前記電極ユニットの一端と連結された電極連結部が後進するものであり、
前記電極駆動ユニットは、前記張力維持ユニットと前記移動部との連結が解除されるとき、前記第1のスプリング部の張力によって後進する前記電極連結部の速度を減少させる減速部をさらに含むものである、電極装置。 - 前記張力維持ユニットは、
一側に突出された突出部と、
前記第1のスプリング部の張力を生成するために前記張力維持ユニットが前進するとき、前記突出部の移動を遮断する第1のストッパ部とをさらに含むものである、請求項1に記載の電極装置。 - 前記電極連結部が後進しながら前記電極ユニットが前記管に接触するものである、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
- 体内の神経を遮断又は調節するための電極装置において、
シャフトを備える本体と、
前記シャフトの一端部から引き出されるように形成され、前記体内の管の少なくとも一部の神経を遮断又は調節する電極ユニットと、
前記電極ユニットの末端と結合され、前記電極ユニットを前記体内の管に接触させるようにガイドする電極ガイドと、
前記電極ガイドを前進及び後進するように構成される電極ガイド駆動ユニットと、
前記電極ガイド駆動ユニットと連動して前記電極ユニットを前進及び後進するように構成される電極駆動ユニットとを含み、
前記電極駆動ユニットは、
前記電極ユニットの一端と連結され、前記電極ユニットに張力を提供する張力維持ユニットと、
前記張力維持ユニットと連結された状態で、前記電極ガイドが前記体内の管の周りに巻き付けられるまで前記張力維持ユニットを前進させた後、前記張力維持ユニットとの連結を解除する移動部とを含み、
前記張力維持ユニットは、前記移動部との連結が解除された後、前記電極ユニットの一端と連結された電極連結部が後進するものであり、
前記移動部は、
前記張力維持ユニットと連結するための連結部と、
前記連結部に形成され、前記移動部が前記張力維持ユニットを前進させるためのピンとをさらに含み、
前記電極駆動ユニットは、
前記ピンが前進移動するための前進レールをさらに含むものである、電極装置。 - 前記電極駆動ユニットは、前記移動部が前記張力維持ユニットとの連結を解除した後、前記電極ガイドを前記体内の管の周りから離脱させるために、前記ピンが後進移動するための後進レールをさらに含むものである、請求項4に記載の電極装置。
- 前記前進レール及び前記後進レールの長さは同一である、請求項5に記載の電極装置。
- 前記移動部は、
前記電極ガイド駆動ユニットと連結される支持部と、
前記連結部を回転可能となるようにするヒンジ部とをさらに含み、
前記電極駆動ユニットは、
前記前進レールと前記後進レールとを連結する連結レールをさらに含み、
前記ピンが前記連結レールを移動するときに前記ヒンジ部が回転して、前記連結部が前記張力維持ユニットと解除されるものである、請求項5に記載の電極装置。 - 前記電極駆動ユニットは、前記ピンが後進移動するとき、前記ピンが前記連結レールに再び移動することを防止するために、前記支持部と前記連結部とを連結する第2のスプリング部をさらに含むものである、請求項7に記載の電極装置。
- 前記電極駆動ユニットは、前記ピンが後進移動するとき、前記ピンが前記連結レールに再び移動することを防止するために、前記ピンが前記連結レールを介して前記後進レールに位置するとき、前記連結レールを遮断する第2のストッパ部をさらに含むものである、 請求項7に記載の電極装置。
