Description
Claims (10)
- 体内の神経を遮断又は調節するための電極装置において、
シャフトを備える本体と、
前記シャフトの一端部から引き出されるように形成され、前記体内の管の少なくとも一部の神経を遮断又は調節する電極ユニットと、
順次に連結された複数の節部と、前記複数の節部を貫通するワイヤとを備え、前記電極ユニットをガイドする電極ガイドと、
前記本体の内部に位置し、前記節部及び前記ワイヤを前記シャフトの一端部から突出されるように駆動させる駆動ユニットとを含み、
前記駆動ユニットは、前記節部及び前記ワイヤを互いに異なる変位を有するように連動させることを特徴とする、電極装置。 - 前記駆動ユニットは、
一端部が前記節部に連結されて前進及び後進するロードブロックと、
前記ワイヤを支持して前進及び後進するワイヤブロックと、
前記ロードブロックと前記ワイヤブロックとを互いに連結し、前記ロードブロックと前記ワイヤブロックとの距離を可変するように形成される可変連結部とを含む、請求項1に記載の電極装置。 - 前記可変連結部は、
前記ロードブロックに回転可能に連結されるロードリンクと、
前記ワイヤブロックに回転可能に連結されるワイヤリンクと、
前記ロードリンクと前記ワイヤリンクとを互いに回転可能に連結するヒンジピンと、
前記ヒンジピンをスライド可能に収容し、前記前進及び後進の方向に対して傾斜して伸びるピンスロットとを備える、請求項2に記載の電極装置。 - 前記駆動ユニットは、
モータ部と、
一端部が前記節部に連結されるロードを備え、前記モータ部によって前進及び後進するロードブロックと、
前記ワイヤを支持し、前記ロードブロックと並んで前進及び後進するワイヤブロックとを含み、
前記ワイヤブロックは、前記ロードブロックの前進時に前記ロードブロックとの距離が遠くなり、前記ロードブロックの後進時に前記ロードブロックとの距離が近くなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極装置。 - 前記駆動ユニットは、
ガイドスロットを備えるフレームと、
前記節部を支持するロードを備え、前記ガイドスロットにスライド可能に結合されるロードブロックと、
前記ガイドスロットにスライド可能に挿入され、前記ワイヤを支持するように形成されるワイヤブロックとを含む、請求項1に記載の電極装置。 - 前記駆動ユニットは、前記フレームに回転可能に支持される回転軸を備えるモータ部をさらに含み、
前記ロードブロックは、前記回転軸と噛み合って前進及び後進し、
前記ワイヤブロックは、前記回転軸をスライド可能に収容するスライド孔を備え、前記ロードブロックとの距離が可変するように連結されて前進及び後進することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電極装置。 - 前記ワイヤは、前記節部よりも前記シャフトの一端部から突出する長さが小さいことによって、前記節部を前記管に巻き付けられる方向へ引張る力を提供することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
- 前記節部は、
隣り合う節部と連結される長さ方向の一側又は両側に形成されるヒンジ部と、
前記ワイヤの貫通のために前記ヒンジ部の回転中心から離れた位置に形成されるワイヤ孔とを備える、請求項1に記載の電極装置。 - 前記節部は、
隣り合う前記節部と連結される長さ方向の一側又は両側に形成されるヒンジ部と、
前記隣り合う前記節部と支持されるように前記長さ方向の一側又は両側に形成されるワインディング支持部とを備え、
前記ワインディング支持部によって互いに隣り合う前記節部が支持されることにより、前記複数の節部が前記管に巻き付けられる方向の反対方向へ支持される力が提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極装置。 - 前記電極ガイドは、前記電極ユニットを支持し、順次に連結された前記複数の節部の末端に結合されるチップジョイントをさらに備え、
前記チップジョイントには、前記電極ユニットの端部が締結されて固定されると共に、前記ワイヤの端部が結合されて固定される、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
