Claims (10)
- 複数のブレード(3)をその上に有するシャフト(2)を備える多段遠心圧縮機であって、前記シャフト(2)は、軸受(7)によってハウジング(4)に取り付けられており、
少なくとも1つの前記軸受(7)は、前記シャフト(2)又は前記ハウジング(4)と前記軸受(7)の間に配置されたリング(11)で構成される軸受ダンパ要素(10)を備え、前記リング(11)は、軸方向(X-X’)に前記リング(11)の厚さを貫通し、前記リング(11)の半径方向の内面及び外面(13a、13b)から距離を置いて配置されるスロット(12)を備え、前記スロット(12)は少なくとも部分的に重なり合っており、
(A)前記リング(11)の両方の軸方向環状面(16)が、2つの同心ディスク(21)の間に挟まれたOリングを備える粘弾性材料(20)又は金網(24)を備えるヒステリシス減衰材料(20)を備え、前記2つの同心ディスク(21)は前記リング(11)に取り付けられ、

(B)前記スロット(12)は粘弾性材料で満たされている、

- 前記軸受(7)は、転がり軸受(7)である、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の多段遠心圧縮機。
- 1又は複数の前記軸受(7)は、前記軸受ダンパ要素(10)を有する前記シャフト(2)の一端(8、9)のみに設けられている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の多段遠心圧縮機。
- 前記軸受ダンパ要素(10)は、前記シャフト(2)の非駆動端(9)に配置されている、請求項5に記載の多段遠心圧縮機。
- 前記リング(11)は、少なくとも3つのスロット(12)を備える、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の多段遠心圧縮機。
- 前記スロット(12)は、最大幅0.5ミリメートル、好ましくは最大0.2ミリメートル、より好ましくは最大1.15ミリメートルの減衰部分(14a)を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の多段遠心圧縮機。
- 前記スロット(12)は、最小幅0.5ミリメートルのばね部分(14b)を有する、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の多段遠心圧縮機。
- 前記シャフト(2)上に10を超えるブレード(3)がある、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の多段遠心圧縮機。
