Description
Claims (7)
- フランジ付きの金属パイプを成形する成形装置であって、
前記金属パイプを成形する成形型と、を備え、
前記成形型は、断面視において、第1の方向に互いに対向する第1の型、及び第2の型を有し、前記第1の型、及び前記第2の型の少なくとも何れか一方の方が前記第1の方向に移動すると共に、前記第1の方向と交差する第2の方向において、金属パイプ材料の少なくとも一方側に配置される第3の型を有し、
前記第1の型、及び前記第2の型の少なくとも一方は、前記第2の方向に分割され、前記第2の方向に前記金属パイプ材料の一部を挟むことでフランジ部を形成する、成形装置。 - 前記第1の型、及び前記第2の型の少なくとも一方は、前記第2の方向に前記金属パイプ材料の一部を挟むことでフランジ部を形成する第1の部分及び第2の部分を有する、請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- 前記第1の型、及び前記第2の型は、いずれも、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分を有する、請求項2に記載の成形装置。
- 前記第1の型における前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分と、前記第2の型における前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、前記第2の方向において互いに異なる位置に前記フランジ部を形成する、請求項3に記載の成形装置。
- 前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、前記金属パイプの前記第2の方向における一方の側面と同位置に前記フランジ部を形成する、請求項2~4の何れか一項に記載の成形装置。
- 前記第1の型、及び前記第2の型の少なくとも一方は、前記第2の部分との間で前記金属パイプ材料の他の一部を挟むことで他のフランジ部を形成する第3の部分を有する、請求項2~5の何れか一項に記載の成形装置。
- 前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、前記第1の方向に対して傾斜するフランジ部を形成する、請求項2~6の何れか一項に記載の成形装置。
