Claims (2)
- 車両に搭載されるバッテリの保護装置であって、
前記バッテリと前記車両側の回路との間に設けられたリレーと、
前記車両の駐車中に前記バッテリの電圧を監視し、前記バッテリの電圧又はその変化が所定の異常を示すときに、前記リレーを開放する保護処理を実行可能な制御装置と、
前記制御装置は、前記バッテリの電圧の一日当たりの変化幅が、所定の第1上限値以下であるときに、前記保護処理の実行を中断する、
保護装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記バッテリの一時間毎の平均電圧が上昇傾向を示すとともに、前記平均電圧の一時間当たりの変化幅が所定の第2上限値以下であるときも、前記保護処理の実行を中断する、請求項1に記載の保護装置。
