Description
前立腺検査
155人の泌尿器科の患者が、多パラメータNMRによって並びに本発明による図3及び図4のシステム(2.4GHz)によって調べられた。結果は、前立腺がん診断においてゴールドスタンダードと考えられる前立腺経直腸エコでガイドされる生体組織検査の結果と対比される。
大腸内視鏡検査を受ける連続した成人の予測単心盲検調査(a prospective single-center blinded study)が実行された。患者が大腸内視鏡検査を受ける前に、患者は本発明によるシステムにより検査された。
組み入れ基準を満足する合計で107人の連続する患者が5か月の期間にわたり登録された。大腸内視鏡検査に関する最も頻度の高い症状は、便秘、下痢、腹痛又は糞便血であった。本発明によるシステムは、32すべての腺がん及びポリープを検出し特徴を明らかにした。
Claims (11)
- 癌を検出するためのシステムであって、
a.少なくとも1つの送信アンテナ(101)、送信機(102)、及び電源(103)を備え、狭帯域入射無線周波数信号を放射し患者の組織を照射するように構成される送信機装置(100)と、
b.2つ以上の受信アンテナ(201)、受信機(202)、前処理モジュール(204)、及び電源(203)を備える受信装置(200)と、
c.マイクロプロセッサ(301、104)及びディスプレイ(302、105)を備え、検査対象の組織における癌の存在に関連する受信信号において、しきい値を下回る値の存在を判定するアルゴリズムを実行するように構成されたデータ処理ユニットと
を具備し、
前記送信機装置(100)及び前記受信装置(200)が2.3GHzと2.5GHzとの間に含まれる周波数で動作するように構成され、
前記受信装置は、検査すべき臓器に対応する位置で患者の下の診療台上に設置できるように、0.30m未満の幅と0.030m未満の厚さを有する、システム。 - 前記マイクロプロセッサ(104)及び前記ディスプレイ(105)が、ブルートゥース(登録商標)送信機/受信機(106)とともに前記送信機装置(100)に統合され、前記受信装置もまたブルートゥース(登録商標)送信機/受信機(206)を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記動作周波数が、2.35GHzと2.45GHzとの間に含まれる、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記送信機装置が、単一のアンテナ、及び特定の放出される無線周波数に固定するための水晶発振器を備える、請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記送信アンテナ(101)が、10°と30°との間に含まれる角度で照射する指向性アンテナである、請求項1から4までのいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記指向性アンテナは八木アンテナである、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記電源(103、203、303)が、充電式電池を備える、請求項1から6までのいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサが、次の臓器、前立腺、大腸、乳房及び甲状腺のうちの少なくとも1つの検査に適合されたソフトウェアを備える、請求項1から7までのいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記マイクロプロセッサが、多数の検査の結果を記憶するように適合される、請求項1から8までのいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記マイクロプロセッサが、検査の少なくとも100の結果を記憶するように適合される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 外部プロセッサへ前記記憶したデータを転送するように適合される、請求項9又は10に記載のシステム。
